Mandatory Process Requirements:

• Sintering atmosphere: Vacuum or pure H₂ (to prevent oxidation).

• Edge sealing: Laser welding on both longitudinal sides to eliminate bypass leakage.

• Post-treatment: Roller leveling to ensure flatness ≤ 1.0 mm over 600 mm length (Camber ≤ 0.5mm/m). 

Supply Scope: Filter element only, with Mill Test Certificate (MTC) reporting actual bubble-point test result (per ASTM F316) to verify 40μm rating.
