Sintered nickel expanded metal plate mesh is a new type of porous electrolytic cell electrode material made by using multi-layer nickel steel plate mesh and special stacking pressing and vacuum sintering processes, which increases reaction rate and improves catalytic efficiency.

5 layers is 1.7mm thickness, as well 6 layer is 3.5mm thickness.

Sintered metal mesh filter disc diameter is 10mm-1200mm, micron size 0.5-100micron sizes, any shape can be made. 

Sintered metal filter cartridge is the cylindrical filter element made of sintered wire mesh. These filter cartridges mostly use standard 5 layer sintered wire mesh as the filter media which need high permeability and flow rating.
